ORDER OF PUBLIC CENSURE

Case name: BOARD OF PROFFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILILTY, WYOMING STATE BAR v. SANDRA L. BAKER, WSB No. 6-4219

This matter came before the Court upon a “Report and Recommendation for Public Censure,” filed herein January 23, 2014, by the Board of Professional Responsibility for the Wyoming State Bar, pursuant to Section 16 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar (stipulated discipline). The Court, after a careful review of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation and the file, finds that the Report and Recommendation should be approved, confirmed and adopted by the Court, and that Respondent Sandra L. Baker should be publicly censured for her conduct. It is, therefore,

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be, and the same hereby is, approved, confirmed, and adopted by this Court; and it is further

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Sandra L. Baker is hereby publicly censured for her conduct, which is described in the Report and Recommendation for Public Censure. This public censure shall include issuance of a press release consistent with the one proposed in the Report and Recommendation for Public Censure; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 26 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, Ms. Baker shall reimburse the Wyoming State Bar the amount of $50.00, representing the costs incurred in handling this matter, as well as pay the administrative fee of $500.00. Ms. Baker shall pay the total amount of $550.00 to the Clerk of the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before March 31, 2014; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall docket this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, as a matter coming regularly before this Court as a public record; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4(a)(iv) of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, shall be published in the Wyoming Reporter and the Pacific Reporter; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court cause a copy of this Order of Public Censure to be served upon Respondent Sandra L. Baker.

This matter came before the Court upon a “Report and Recommendation for Public Censure,” filed herein November 14, 2013, by the Board of Professional Responsibility for the Wyoming State Bar, pursuant to Section 16 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar (stipulated discipline). The Court, after a careful review of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation and the file, finds that the Report and Recommendation should be approved, confirmed and adopted by the Court, and that Respondent Scott M. Powers should be publicly censured for his conduct. It is, therefore,

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be, and the same hereby is, approved, confirmed, and adopted by this Court; and it is further

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Scott M. Powers is hereby publicly censured for his conduct, which is described in the Report and Recommendation for Public Censure. The public censure shall include issuance of a press release consistent with the one set out in the Report and Recommendation for Public Censure; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 26 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, Mr. Powers shall reimburse the Wyoming State Bar the amount of $50.00, representing the costs incurred in handling this matter, as well as pay the administrative fee of $500.00. Mr. Powers shall pay the total amount of $550.00 to the Clerk of the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before January 31, 2014; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall docket this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, as a matter coming regularly before this Court as a public record; and it is further

The Court, after a careful review of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation and the file, finds that the Report and Recommendation should be approved, confirmed and adopted by the Court, and that Respondent Nana Y. Boachie-Yiadom should be publicly censured for his conduct, which is described in the attached Report and Recommendation. It is, therefore,

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be, and the same hereby is, approved, confirmed, and adopted by this Court; and it is further

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Nana Y. Boachie-Yiadom shall be publicly censured for his conduct, in a manner consistent with the censure contained in the attached Report and Recommendation for Public Censure; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 26 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, Respondent shall reimburse the Wyoming State Bar the amount of $50.00, representing some of the costs incurred in handling this matter, as well as pay the administrative fee of $500.00. Respondent shall pay the total amount of $550.00 to the Clerk of the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before October 31, 2013; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall docket this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, as a matter coming regularly before this Court as a public record; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, shall be published in the Wyoming Reporter and the Pacific Reporter; and it is further

This matter came before the Court upon a “Report and Recommendation for Reciprocal Order of Public Censure,” filed herein January 9, 2013, by the Board of Professional Responsibility for the Wyoming State Bar. The Court, after a careful review of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation and the file, finds that the Report and Recommendation should be approved, confirmed and adopted by the Court, and that Respondent Philip M. Kleinsmith, Sr. should be publicly censured pursuant to Section 20 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar (Reciprocal discipline). It is, therefore,

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation for Reciprocal Order of Public Censure, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be, and the same hereby is, approved, confirmed, and adopted by this Court; and it is further

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Philip M. Kleinsmith, Sr. is hereby publicly censured for his conduct, which is described in the attached pleadings from the Utah disciplinary matter involving Mr. Kleinsmith. Those pleadings are attached hereto and incorporated herein; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 26 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, Mr. Kleinsmith shall reimburse the Wyoming State Bar the amount of $50.00, representing the costs incurred in handling this matter, as well as pay the administrative fee of $500.00. Mr. Kleinsmith shall pay the total amount of $550.00 to the Clerk of the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before April 1, 2013; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall docket this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated “Report and Recommendation for Reciprocal Order of Public Censure” and the Utah disciplinary pleadings, as a matter coming regularly before this Court as a public record; and it is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4(a)(iv) of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated “Report and Recommendation for Reciprocal Order of Public Censure” and the Utah disciplinary pleadings, shall be published in the Wyoming Reporter and the Pacific Reporter; and it is further

ORDER OF PUBLIC CENSURE

[¶1] This matter came before the Court upon a “Report and Recommendation for Public Censure by Consent,” filed herein January 3, 2013, by the Board of Professional Responsibility for the Wyoming State Bar. The Court, after a careful review of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation, the Affidavit of Costs and Expenses, and the file, finds that the Report and Recommendation should be approved, confirmed and adopted by the Court, and that Respondent Ronald G. Pretty should be publicly censured for his conduct, which is described in the attached Report and Recommendation for Public Censure by Consent. It is, therefore,

[¶2] ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the Board of Professional Responsibility’s Report and Recommendation for Public Censure by Consent, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be, and the same hereby is, approved, confirmed, and adopted by this Court; and it is further

[¶3] ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Ronald G. Pretty is hereby publicly censured for his conduct; and it is further

[¶4] ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2013, Mr. Pretty shall complete four (4) hours of continuing legal education on the subject of ethics; and it is further

[¶5] ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 26 of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, Mr. Pretty shall reimburse the Wyoming State Bar the amount of $1,857.89, representing the costs incurred in handling this matter, as well as pay the administrative fee of $500.00. Mr. Pretty shall pay the total amount of $2,357.89 to the Clerk of the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before April 1, 2013; and it is further

[¶6] ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall docket this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, as a matter coming regularly before this Court as a public record; and it is further

[¶7] ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4(a)(iv) of the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, this Order of Public Censure, along with the incorporated Report and Recommendation for Public Censure, shall be published in the Wyoming Reporter and the Pacific Reporter; and it is further
