Order Dismissing Appeal

The matter came before the Court upon its own motion following a review of recently docketed appeals. The Court found it was without jurisdiction to consider the appeal, the July 16^th notice of appeal was untimely, and the order denying Appellant’s motion for appointment of new guardian ad litem for the child was not an appealable order.
