Closed due to blizzard conditions

The library closed at Noon on Wednesday, Dec. 20, due to blizzard conditions in the Cheyenne area. We expect to be open on Thursday, Dec. 21; however, probably not before 10:00AM since most State offices in Cheyenne will open again at that time.
